Massage

Swedish Massage

$75 - 60 minutes

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Therapeutic Massage

$75 - 60 minutes

A specialized massage using manipulation of the body's soft tissue to stimulate circulation and promote relaxation. Stretching, compression, hot stone therapy and deep tissue techniques may be used as needed for maximum benefit. This massage is intended to assist the client with specific issues.

Deep Tissue

$75 - 60 minutes

Combines a traditional massage with specialized deep tissue techniques and may include energy work such as Reiki or Cranio Sacral, to provide relief to specific muscles within the body. 

Hot Stone Therapy

$115 - 90 minutes

Hot Stone Therapy is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones to relax the muscles. The heat is penetrating and deeply relaxing. Hot Stone therapy is very beneficial in relieve tight muscles.  Heated stones of various sizes are carefully applied to key points of the body for specific muscle release.  The size of the stones varies depending on body parts.

Reiki Energy Balancing

$75 - 60 Minutes

Best described as an energy massage. The Reiki Practitioner works with Universal Life Force Energy and the subtle energies of the body to facilitate unblocking areas of stagnation to aid the body in it's natural ability to heal itself. This type of work is very relaxing to receive and can be done either in the office or by distance, the results are the same. Recommendations for when to receive Reiki:

          -Before, during or after surgery

          -After injury

          -Beginning of illness such as flue or cold.
